It occurred on the 23rd Avenue and eighth Avenue subway station round 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 17.
In accordance with police, a suspect obtained into an argument with the 65-year-old MTA employee on the northbound C & E platform.
The dispute escalated and the suspect punched the employee within the face, police stated.
The employee suffered accidents to his left eye and face. He was taken to the hospital and listed in steady situation, police stated.
Police imagine the person they’re in search of is 25 to 30 years previous, 5’8″ tall, 160 lbs. and was final seen carrying a darkish blue sweatshirt, gentle coloured pants and multicolored sneakers.
