Village outlets shut
Two Saratoga Village retailers are closing their doorways. Leslee Warwick is shuttering the Barn Owl after eight years in enterprise, and Mary Ann Serpa’s Pores and skin Prophecy Boutique is closing after 15 years on Massive Basin Means.
In a message to her clients, Warwick mentioned the COVID-19 pandemic and the fires, coupled with some private tragedies, necessitated the Barn Owl’s closure.
“It can take a while to liquidate the whole lot, so I’m not saying goodbye but,” Warwick added, saying that she anticipated to start out her closing sale on Sept. 4.
Jill Hunter of the Saratoga Village Improvement Council wrote in an e-mail that each Warwick and Sherpa have been supportive of Village occasions through the years.
“I can not inform you how a lot we’ve beloved having these women in our Village,” Hunter added. “They are going to be significantly missed.”
Uncorked’s sidewalk cafe
Uncorked was set to kick its wine to the curb in anticipation of opening its sidewalk cafe Sept. 5. The tasting room is positioned at 14500 Massive Basin Means.
